First Call is free to use. You can create an account and scan your area for leads at no cost, with no credit card and no subscription. There are no in-app purchases or paid plans.

First Call uses AI and publicly available data to generate leads. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale, appointment, or any business outcome. Lead accuracy depends on data availability in your area. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from your outreach to leads found through the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using First Call, you consent to data collection and processing as described therein.
Outreach messages and lead descriptions are generated by AI (Anthropic's Claude). These are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before sending it to potential clients.
The First Call name, logo, and software are owned by First Call. The leads and outreach messages generated for your account are yours to use for your business.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Call shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless First Call from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
